Ask about the Comprehensive Assessment
The team will help confirm suitability and explain the three-stage testing and review pathway.
WHO THIS ASSESSMENT MAY SUIT
The Comprehensive Assessment may be useful when the clinical question includes not only metabolic health and body composition, but also energy expenditure, exercise capacity, training thresholds or movement quality. It can provide a broader baseline for people planning a structured health, fitness or body-composition programme.
Advanced exercise testing remains subject to screening and clinical suitability.
