DR TYLER LIM
MBBS (Singapore), G.Dip Family Medicine, G.Dip Sports Medicine, G.Dip Mental Health
I founded liftCLINIC with the belief that healthcare should do more than identify disease or treat isolated problems. It should help people understand their health, define what they want to achieve, and move towards those goals with greater clarity and confidence.
I graduated from the National University of Singapore with a medical degree in 2013, before completing postgraduate qualifications in Family Medicine in 2018, Sports Medicine in 2021, and Mental Health in 2025.
I am a board-certified Family Physician registered with the Family Physicians Accreditation Board and an accredited member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore. I am also a member of the Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity, The Menopause Society, and Exercise is Medicine Singapore. In addition, I am accredited by Singapore’s Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group to perform medical aesthetic procedures.
As the attending physician at liftCLINIC, my clinical focus includes preventive and metabolic health, weight and body composition management, hormone therapy for women and men, chronic disease management, exercise prescription, and medical aesthetics.
At liftCLINIC, we begin by understanding what better health means to each patient. We then examine their current health status, identify the factors affecting their progress, and develop a practical, evidence-based plan using nutritional strategies, exercise, behavioural support, medication, and other appropriate medical interventions.
My role is not simply to prescribe treatment, but to help patients understand their options, make informed decisions, and take greater ownership of their long-term health. Our aim is to provide care that is rigorous but approachable, personal but objective, and always centred on outcomes that genuinely matter to the individual.
AMANDA LIM
M.A., M.Ed., Harvard-Trained Coach & Nutritionist
I have spent more than two decades helping people translate health knowledge into meaningful, lasting action. My career began in California, where I leveraged my background as a competitive athlete to build a personal training practice focused on helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident in their bodies.
Today, I am the Director and lead coach at liftCLINIC, where I work alongside our medical and training team to help patients turn clinical recommendations into practical changes they can sustain in everyday life.
I hold master’s degrees in medical sociology and education and am a Harvard-trained coach, certified nutritionist and experienced strength and conditioning professional. I am also the co-host of The Forties Formula, an award-winning women’s health podcast, the author of an upcoming book on maternal strength, and an in-demand corporate speaker and wellness consultant.
My coaching focuses on the many factors that shape a person’s health beyond the consultation room, including nutrition, movement, strength, habits, stress, family responsibilities, work demands and the way we think about change. I help each patient develop strategies that reflect their personal goals, circumstances and current capacity.
At liftCLINIC, we believe that knowing what to do is only the beginning. Real progress comes from understanding how to apply that knowledge consistently, adapting when life changes, and having consistent support along the way. My role is to provide structure, honest guidance and meaningful accountability while helping patients build the skills and confidence to take greater ownership of their health.
Whether someone is navigating weight or body composition concerns, hormonal changes, the demands of motherhood, or a return to exercise or a desire to feel stronger and more capable, I meet clients where they are and help them move forward with clarity, purpose and a plan that works in real life.
MILLIE DUNKERLEY
CIMSPA-Accredited Personal Trainer & Qualified Nutrition Adviser; Certified Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist
Hi, I’m Millie – a certified personal trainer with a strong clinical background, having spent over ten years working as a theatre and IVF nurse before transitioning into the fitness and wellness industry. My career has always been centred around helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.
I take an evidence-based, individualised approach to training, recognising that anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, and personal circumstances all influence how people respond to exercise and nutrition. Alongside my professional experience, I am also a mother, which has further shaped my understanding of the physical and mental demands of modern life and the importance of realistic, sustainable routines — because consistency, even in limited time, is what leads to lasting results.
I combine my clinical expertise with a genuine passion for movement, strength, and long-term wellbeing to support clients in a practical, supportive, and results-focused way.
